Garment Logos and Labels

Your own customised logos and labels can be printed on 15 cm wide latex rolls. It can be printed with one ink colour on a choice of up to 3 coloured latex sheeting. The minimum order is 30 metres.

Garment labels are supplied on latex bands 15cm wide and up to 10 metres long, in 0.5mm thickness (Other thicknesses available to special order).

This process is also suitable for logos or other designs which are to be appliqued onto latex. The size of the pattern and one colour ink are the only restrictions to whatever you wish to print.

You can print on several different sheet colours in the same order (max 1 colour per 10 metres) provided you do not change the ink colour - this will incur an additional set-up charge.

The minimum order quantity is 30 metres. There is also a one-off charge of £155.00 for the printing drum, which will be included in the price when the order is placed. This is a one-time cost, so any future orders using the same artwork/printing drum will not incur this charge. Please note that if the artwork is changed in any way, a new printing drum will need to be produced, and the £155.00 charge will apply again.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Artwork can be accepted in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format ONLY, in actual size of 50cm by 15cm.

Pattern repeat is 50cm and width of image must be no more than 14cm. Artwork may contain half-tones.

When producing artwork for garment labels, you are advised to maximize use of space available; e.g. you can fit as many labels as possible in the pattern.
